By placing an order with Roar Accessories or using our website, you are agreeing to accept the terms & conditions set out on the website. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use this website.

PRE ORDERING ITEMS

All pre order items will need to be paid for in advance. As items are custom made delivery times can vary between 3 – 6 weeks. Pre order items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty. Please refer to Returns policy for repairs of Faulty items. Once order is placed for pre order item you will receive an email to notify you on approx delivery date. Any questions please feel free to contact us at sales@roaraccessories.com.au

 

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and we will provide you with a refund or exchange for FULL priced items only where:

  • the goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
  • the goods have not been worn or damaged
  • the goods are returned within seven working days of purchase date. After this no returns will be excepted.
  • the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.

Alternatively we will provide you with a refund at our discretion for items that:

  • are faulty (unless caused by you);
  • have been wrongly described;
  • are different to the goods that you ordered;
  • All returns must be returned within 7 days to be eligible for a refund. Returns after this period will not be accepted. If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges. 

Please note all SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.

This does not include promotional items less than 25%. Any items over 25% discount are deemed SALE items and are considered FINAL SALE. All returns costs are to be paid for by the customer.  

  

ONLINE RETURN SHIPPING (APPLIES TO ALL RETURNS)

Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Roar Accessories take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable and are at the cost of the buyer. We may reimburse any reasonable document shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty at our discretion.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ONLINE ORDER

Please email admin@roaraccessories.com.au to request a returns authorisation number. Returns will not be accepted without appropriate paperwork and a RA#. 

Please clearly mark on your original invoice the #RA number that has been emailed to you and add with your original order and send to the below address with the returned item/s:

FAULTY GOODS

All items are checked prior to dispatch and best measures are taken to ensure safe delivery, however if you do receive faulty goods please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. We will only accept faulty goods returned in proper condition as set out below. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR JEWELLERY

The following information on how to wear, store and clean your jewelry, will help ensure the longevity of your unique design piece. 

VALUABLE TIPS

Always remove your jewelry BEFORE swimming or applying body care, especially perfume products. 

Remember to reserve your jewelry as a finishing touch, AFTER using applying body care products like perfume, beauty cream, make up or hair spray. 

Chlorine and related chemicals can in some instances discolor and damage jewelry as well as loosen stones and settings.

 


STORAGE

Proper care and storage of your design pieces will help maintain its quality and luster.

Please preserve your jewelry in its original box or in a velvet pouch. Proper care and storage of your jewelry as well as occasional polishing with a soft cloth will help maintain its luster and beauty over time.

After cleaning your jewelry, please make sure it is completely dry before being stored.
